Adviser Website Resource Migration 

This ongoing project is a prime example of strategic lift-and-shift under tight timelines. We’re currently mid-flight, with delivery slated for early December.

The brief: absorb and rebuild 58 legacy resource pages from the previous Adviser website, folding them into our team’s remit alongside standard BAU. With just over four months to hit design, build, and test milestones, the scale and pace are no small feat.

The team has shown exceptional agility and commitment, rising to the challenge with focus and finesse. I’m incredibly proud of how they’ve stepped up when it counts.
